Update.. I retrieved Rog from the airport tonight, as he has arrived safe and sound.. bearing Mini gifts and travel bags of souvenirs from Mini 50 event at SilverStone. We'll be packing up the car tommorrow and heading out on Thursday. Mike

Good luck on your trip. I imagine you'll pass about 400km south of me in a couple days if you're taking the #1. (I'm in Prince Albert)

We're doing the US route, along I90 or smaller roads near I90. But we'll wave as we move past south of PA!

Ah...gotcha.
#1 through SK is pretty damn boring alright. I had considered going to Winona....but kids, and the fact that my classic MINI isn't the "unrustiest" brought me back to reality. (oh, and I don't have a passport...lol)
